Responsibilities
  • Serve as an event representative and planner supporting special university-sponsored events.
  • Coordinate and make special arrangements for various high-level special events.
  • Assist with all phases of event development, including event planning and event team coordination, and help provide deliverables that drive projects to successful completion.
  • Coordinate and market large events and conferences.
  • Schedule and process event requests by developing service requirements and arranging logistics.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, purchase orders, and invoices related to special events.
  • Provide on-site customer liaison support during events.
  • Coordinate post-event reviews and follow-up contact.
  • Participate in supervising the ambassador student organization.
  • Assist with researching and cultivating networking opportunities.
  • Act as a representative of Campus Operations and Tarleton State University within The Texas A&M University System, including serving satellite campuses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
