Responsibilities
  • Define and own the go-to-market strategy and tactics for all products and regions, leveraging market insights, buyer personas, and competitive analysis to inform decisions
  • Create compelling narratives that resonate with ActiveCampaign’s target audiences, highlighting our value and differentiation
  • Build expertise in our target markets, segments, buyer personas, competitors, and partners
  • Ensure successful product and feature launches by collaborating with the Product and Marketing teams to develop and execute customer engagement programs that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX to align on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the enablement team to ensure the Sales and CX teams have the assets and messaging to connect with buyers effectively
  • Recruit and develop top talent, building a product marketing team that is the envy of our industry
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and continuously optimize strategies based on performance data
