  • Full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates—ensuring a smooth and efficient experience at every step.
  • Proactively source and cultivate relationships with top talent, ensuring we always have strong candidates in the pipeline.
  • Represent User Interviews authentically, helping candidates understand our values, team dynamics, perks & benefits.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create interview plans, and align on hiring strategies with the hiring team.
  • Provide an exceptional experience for every candidate, ensuring timely communication and transparent feedback.
  • Continuously evaluate our hiring workflows, identifying ways to make them more efficient and effective.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify areas for hiring improvement using hiring metrics and insights.
