About the job
- Have 3–5 years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field, and understand financial reporting and Finance & Compliance processes.
- Be proficient in Excel.
- Have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, business, or a related field.
- Have upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher, sufficient to work with documentation, local administrators, and auditors.
- Take ownership by independently moving tasks from idea to outcome.
- Pay close attention to detail and handle financial data responsibly and accurately.
- Build partnership-oriented communication with stakeholders, from internal teams to external auditors.
- Use artificial intelligence as part of your work; the posting names Claude, Cursor, CodeRabbit, OpenRouter, AWS Bedrock, NotebookLM, N8N, Gemini, OpenAI, HeyGen, Arcads, Krea, Runway, Kling, and ElevenLabs.
- Build expertise in Finance & Compliance by working with financial processes and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Take ownership of key processes, from daily operations to their automation, standardization, and scaling.
- Work with critical financial data and contribute directly to the transparency, control, and resilience of the company's financial function.
- Support the development of the company's finance and compliance functions through transparent and timely reporting.
- Ensure financial processes comply with requirements across jurisdictions and support successful external audits.
- Transform Finance & Compliance processes through automation, standardization, and identification of more efficient solutions.
- Build Finance & Compliance processes for new jurisdictions to support business growth.
- Work with the Finance, Legal, and Compliance functions and participate in launching new jurisdictions and developing financial processes.
- Experience with VBA or SQL.
