Analyst – Final Mile Operations @ Peloton

ABOUT THE ROLE

A successful candidate in this role will be analytical and data driven, willing to get into the weeds of what is happening on the ground. This role will manage performance against our KPIs, conducting root cause analysis for operational issues, recommending and participating in initiatives to enhance member experience and reduce spend. This role will work cross functionally with external vendors, and internal teams such as Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, Finance, etc.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Operational Reporting:

Develop and enhance reporting against key metrics / OKRs
Understand whether key metrics are improving or degrading, why, and what we can do about it
Ensure regional operations managers have data required for successful performance management

Invoicing:

Monitor invoicing and P&L for accurate billing
Assist with month-end financial reporting

Root Cause Analysis:

Dig into data to identify trends and route causes
Continually refine metrics for final mile delivery success.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners on process improvement

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Analytics or similar discipline
2+ years of professional experience in operations/supply chain/logistics/finance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
Advanced in Excel, comfortable with large data sets
Experience with SQL and Looker
Experience with supply chain systems (Salesforce, Netsuite) is a plus
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range

$69,500—$90,400 USD
