  • A full-service restaurant background is required.
  • ServSafe and Food Handler’s certification are required.
  • Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends, with increased hours during peak times, is required.
  • The position requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, twisting, bending, and traversing stairs.
  • The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds and may occasionally lift 25 to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in training experiences, learn new skills, and demonstrate increasing proficiency with managerial responsibilities.
  • Participate in employee-related management functions, including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, motivating, performance management, conflict resolution, and administering human resources policies and initiatives.
  • Serve as a role model for customer service and set the pace for service excellence for all employees.
  • Learn all operational procedures within the theater.
  • Train, supervise, and coach others on theater operational procedures.
  • Complete banking transactions, daily paperwork, and company reports.
