Responsibilities
Manage large multi-family mixed-use construction projects under a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract, including ground-up construction and building renovations.
Perform contract negotiation, scope-sheet leveling, and takeoffs.
Coordinate requests for information and submittals.
Manage project scheduling, safety, and weekly look-aheads.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Correspond with engineers and architects.
Desired Qualifications
