- A commitment to professional and client service excellence.
- Review and audit business transactions across all parts of audit engagements, including cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, inventory, payroll, and overall expense analysis.
- Apply knowledge of internal accounting controls and professional standards to provide clients with individualized solutions.
- Identify, research, and analyze issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with engagement teams and communicate with senior team members.
- Acquire the skills necessary to develop and build quality client relationships and loyalty.
- Develop an understanding of clients' industries and recognize key performance indicators, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments.
- Participate in networking activities and maintain contact with business peers.
- A Master's degree in Accounting.
- CPA license eligibility in the near future.
- A minimum major and overall GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale.
