Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in industrial project management, ideally in the aerospace industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to synthesize information and demonstrate creativity, leadership, and conflict-management skills.
  • Ability to undergo a security authorization procedure because the position may require access to information classified as national defense secrets.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Program department by managing and tracking the progress and financial performance of production activities, evolutions, and improvement plans.
  • Manage production activities by updating Line of Balance charts with planners and procurement specialists and preparing weekly customer reports.
  • Lead customer and internal production reporting meetings, including presenting recovery plans and associated actions.
  • Plan evolution and improvement activities by defining the Documentation Requirement List and coordinating multidisciplinary follow-up across engineering, industrialization, quality, and related functions.
  • Track financial performance for labor and purchases through monthly updates of expenditures and remaining work.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks related to cybersecurity, environmental matters, fire, explosions, and site safety.
  • Provide an analysis of the carbon footprint associated with the service.
