Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading the NAM America Private Bank across 29 offices, and driving the execution against our strategy, goals and objectives within a strong control environment.
  • Partner across the broader firm and Wealth’s regional and product heads to deliver responsible revenue growth, profitability and momentum for the Private Bank.
  • Oversee operations to insure production efficiency, appropriate controls, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources
  • Ensure that the business operates in accordance with applicable regulations and Citi policies
  • Implement procedures and practices to manage operational risk and minimize operational losses
  • Represent the NAM Private Bank at appropriate legislative sessions, committee meetings, and at formal functions
  • Promote the Citi Private Bank to local, regional, national and international constituencies
  • Direct Citi Private Bank planning and policy making committees
  • Ensures that the Leadership Team model and build a culture of internal excellence at all levels, influencing through their positive leadership behaviors, the conversion of people and culture strategies, into reality.
  • Provides the mandate and executive leadership for management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice.
  • The Head of NAM will report to the Global Head of the Private Banking, and will be a member of the Private Bank’s Global Leadership Team
