Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our Sales Operation team. If you are excited by technology that has the power to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per second; collect tens of billions of events each day; and evaluate thousands of data-points in real-time all while responding in just a few milliseconds, then IAS is the place for you!
What you’ll do:
- Problem-solving: Process Salesforce troubleshooting/support cases; partner with sales to answer questions about process; identify system or process issues and communicate them upwards
- Analytics preparation and distribution: Oversee the creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards, analyze proprietary platform data using BI software, conduct ad hoc analysis combining multiple data sources, and regularly disseminate reports to sales leadership
- Data Quality Maintenance: Maintain data quality process to ensure accurate information and identify areas to improve data hygiene reports and best practices
- Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales Learning & Development team to develop and create sales process documentation, guide the L&D sales training database, contribute to sales training events (including sales onboarding)
Education and/or Work Experience:
- BA/BS degree required
- 3-5 years experience (experience in Sales Operations, CRM Management, Sales Enablement or a similar role is a plus!)
- Strong written/verbal communication
- High-functioning & collaborative team player
- Attention to detail & strong organization skills
- Proactive qualities and willingness to learn
- Interest in advertising/media technology
Systems Knowledge/Experience:
- Salesforce required (CPQ a plus!)
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel/Google Sheets (able to review and parse large sets of data using basic formulas and pivot tables)
