Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in (Medical) Informatics, an IT-related vocational qualification, or a comparable qualification.
  • Knowledge of clinical and administrative hospital processes.
  • Several years of experience administering clinical portals is advantageous, along with experience with web and identity-provider solutions.
  • Structured problem-solving ability for complex topics.
  • Ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure.
  • Strong service orientation and ownership of user requirements.
  • Fluent German and good English communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Learn and responsibly administer portal solutions already in use or still in project development, including ZTM and Polavis.
  • Provide second-level support and resolve technical problems.
  • Participate in system configuration to implement requirements efficiently.
  • Plan and execute portal rollouts and the introduction of identity-provider solutions for additional applications in collaboration with external partners, business departments, and IT colleagues.
  • Advise and support business departments in implementing their requirements and develop suitable solutions.
  • Organize user training.
  • Analyze requests, identify solutions, and improve processes.
  • Support the complete testing and update lifecycle and independently perform regular updates.
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues to continuously improve service quality.
  • Document solutions and create a knowledge base.
  • Support IT projects and help ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate service providers to resolve errors and implement enhancements successfully.
