Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in an international logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Good understanding of global transportation, Incoterms, and customs-related requirements.
  • A commercial mindset with confidence in negotiations and supplier or service-provider discussions.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with enterprise resource planning systems, data, key performance indicators, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across different functions and external partners.
  • Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end inbound logistics from manufacturing sites to warehouses, covering international air and ocean freight.
  • Lead freight forwarder management, including rate negotiations, provider nominations, shipment bookings, service performance, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure proactive shipment tracking and exception management, addressing delays, capacity constraints, documentation issues, and other logistics disruptions.
  • Provide customs brokers with accurate and timely shipment, product, and commercial data required for customs clearance, and support resolution of clearance-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate shipment, transport, and inventory movement data in the enterprise resource planning system.
  • Coordinate inter-warehouse transfers based on transfer requirements defined by Procurement, including transport arrangements, system transactions, and follow-up through to completion.
  • Monitor and report key logistics key performance indicators, including freight cost, transit time, on-time delivery, and service-provider performance.
  • Drive logistics optimization and operational excellence through strategic, data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for logistics topics, coordinating with manufacturing sites, warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop a junior colleague, fostering knowledge sharing, capability building, and continuous growth within the team.
  • Act as backup for the Fulfillment Manager during planned absence, ensuring continuity of critical fulfillment activities.
