- At least 4 years of professional frontend experience with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
- Experience building production applications from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of modern frontend architectures and web video technologies.
- Proficiency with Figma and close collaboration with design.
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
- Build beautiful, performant, responsive web user interfaces using React and Next.js.
- Translate designs into high-quality code and add the nuance required to create polished user experiences.
- Collaborate with design and product to shape new features from concept to launch.
- Implement and maintain the design system and component library.
- Own integrations with internal and third-party application programming interfaces.
- Identify and eliminate technical debt, simplify architecture, and improve performance.
- Champion quality through testing, code reviews, documentation, and best practices.
- Explore new technologies through rapid prototyping and research and development.
- Contribute to a high-velocity, collaborative engineering culture.
- Stay up to date with artificial intelligence coding tools to improve leverage and velocity.
- API development with Node.js.
- Experience with WebAssembly and/or WebGL.
- Experience with artificial intelligence engineering.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery and application performance monitoring tools.
