Requirements
  • 2-4 + years of hands-on channel experience across paid search in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience crafting and running web experiments to optimize Google Ads along with search copy optimizations
  • Experience with setting up and managing pixel-based, offline conversion uploads and S2S (server side) tracking for Google Ads
  • Experience using paid marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads), marketing analytics and tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
  • Experience with search and SEO tools (e.g. GSC, SEMRush, Ahrefs)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker/Tableau) as well as experience with Excel/GSheets and SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Track record of being entrepreneurial and a self-starter with a high level of ownership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, fundamentally curious, and relentless in understanding the “why”
  • Lover of local businesses
Responsibilities
  • Own paid search, mobile app acquisition, and display campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Accountable for the performance to target and finding new ways to evolve the approach
  • Collaborate closely with channel leads across CRO, organic, and content
  • Drive high visibility impact while continuing to grow skills across various channels
