- A Bac+2 qualification is required.
- Proficiency in commercial techniques and telephone appointment-setting techniques is indispensable.
- An interest in office automation and commercial management tools is required.

- Assist an insurance adviser in carrying out commercial activities.
- Support policyholders and prospects.
- Conduct telephone prospecting activities and organize appointments while optimizing the adviser's calendar.
- Research and transmit the information needed by the adviser for client visits and provide administrative follow-up.
- Occasionally conduct commercial information activities and transmit information for new insurance contracts.
- Sell additional contracts when required and actively participate in commercial challenges.
