Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience with mid-market to enterprise-sized business-to-business customers in implementation, onboarding consulting, solutions consulting, or a similar role.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical Salesforce role, including implementation or Salesforce administration.
  • Intermediate to advanced Salesforce Administrator skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to balance technical terminology with business acumen.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that are concise, persuasive, and empathetic.
  • Strong organizational and efficiency skills with consistent follow-through.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from technical users to C-level executives.
  • Candidates must be based in Colorado and able to reliably commute to the Denver office.
Responsibilities
  • Own the onboarding process for TaskRay customers and bring in senior resources as needed.
  • Serve as the customer’s primary project manager by managing expectations, dependencies, and deliverables throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite stakeholders, to drive alignment, progress, and outcomes.
  • Participate in late-stage pre-sales engagements by helping shape the scope and plan for trials, paid proofs of concept, and onboardings.
  • Conduct discovery through a business review and solutioning process to understand customer needs and define an optimal path to value.
  • Lead TaskRay setup, configuration, and support for customers with onboarding packages in internal and customer sandboxes.
  • Consult and guide customers on TaskRay best practices, setup strategies, and configuration options based on their goals.
  • Support customers through testing and deployment processes.
  • Lead customer training sessions in partnership with an assigned Customer Success Manager.
  • Create and deliver onboarding materials to support customer enablement.
  • Own key onboarding key performance indicators, including time to go-live and post-onboarding customer satisfaction scores.
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification is preferred.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
