L-Acoustics and Audiologic to host integrator open day. Published 25 September 2026 [UK] Audiologic is collaborating with L-Acoustics on an integrator-focused open day at the manufacturer's Highgate showroom in London on Thursday 8 October 2026. This invitation-only event is open to integrators working across high-end residential, custom installation and specialist commercial projects. The event follows Audiologic's appointment as a certified provider distributor for L-Acoustics installation projects across the UK and Ireland. Audiologic is authorised to supply and support the L-Acoustics X Series, S Series and A Series installation loudspeaker ranges, associated subwoofers, and immersive audio technologies including L-ISA, across the UK and Ireland, enabling the company to support integrators throughout the design, specification and delivery of fixed-installation projects. The open day builds on the success of a previous event held at the Highgate showroom in July and provides another opportunity for integrators to explore L-Acoustics technologies and installation solutions firsthand. At the centre of the day is HYRISS, L-Acoustics' Hyperreal Immersive Sound Space. Attendees will also experience the wider L-Acoustics installation portfolio in both stereo and immersive configurations, including the X Series, S Series and A Series installation loudspeaker ranges, alongside Soka in-wall systems, powered by the L-ISA Processor II. The Highgate facility has been designed to reflect a real residential environment, featuring acoustically transparent fabric walls, displays presented as artwork and hardwood flooring throughout. The showroom is intended not only as a demonstration space for integrators, but also as a venue where they can confidently bring clients to experience immersive audio in a realistic setting. The day will be delivered across three separate sessions, with places deliberately limited to maintain a highly interactive and personal experience. Technical specialists from both L-Acoustics and Audiologic will be on hand throughout to discuss system design, project support and specification, with a particular focus on installation solutions. Andy Lewis, managing director, Audiologic, said: "We see a real appetite among UK integrators to hear these systems properly, in a room that makes sense. October gives us the chance to go further. HYRISS is genuinely difficult to explain on paper - it has to be experienced - and Highgate is the right place to do that. We'd encourage anyone specifying high-performance audio into premium spaces to come and spend a couple of hours with both our team and of course our colleagues and hosts for the day, the L-Acoustics team." Simon Peters, regional sales manager EMEA North, L-Acoustics, said: "The Highgate showroom was built to demonstrate what becomes possible when sound is treated as a design element rather than an afterthought. Working with Audiologic gives us a partner with the technical depth and the integrator relationships to bring the right people into that room. We're looking forward to a busy day." Case study: Fenix, Mayfair. Marquee AV delivers high-performance sound system to Fenix, Mayfair. Marquee AV designed and installed a high-quality, flexible audio system, providing the restaurant with seamless day-to-night capabilities. Fenix, Mayfair, the latest venture from the Permanently Unique Group, brings creative, high-end Greek cuisine to London's dining district. Serving elevated Cycladic and Aegean-inspired dishes designed for sharing, the venue combines exceptional food, striking interiors and an immersive atmosphere to create a truly memorable guest experience. With a focus on ambiance and guest experience, a high-quality audio system was imperative. Having partnered with Marquee AV on several successful projects in the past, Permanently Unique Group once again turned to the team to deliver a solution that would complement the venue's vision while providing outstanding audio performance throughout the space. Marquee selected L-Acoustics X4is to provide coverage across most of the restaurant. Small and neat, they were positioned within the bar and left side of the restaurant, a further four across the gallery kitchen and central dining area, and ten distributed throughout the right-hand side of the restaurant. Their compact size allowed them to integrate subtly within the interior design while providing even coverage across the space. The result is exceptional sound quality, whether delivering subtle daytime background music or supporting high-energy evening DJ performances. SB10i subwoofers were carefully positioned and concealed throughout the venue to reinforce low frequencies and provide greater impact when required. One of the project's key challenges was identifying the optimal locations for the subwoofers while ensuring they remained visually unobtrusive. The design team worked closely with Marquee AV to achieve this balance, incorporating bespoke furniture elements to house the subwoofers discreetly. This collaborative approach ensured the original audio design was maintained without compromising the venue's carefully curated aesthetic. The system is powered by L-Acoustics LA2Xi CE and LA4X CE amplifiers, providing the performance, flexibility and reliability needed to support the venue's varied operating requirements. Project Manager at Marquee AV commented: "When taking on this project, we knew it would be a great one, as have been our previous projects with Permanently Unique Group. It's been fantastic to continue building our relationship with them. The designers were incredibly collaborative and flexible when it came to speaker and subwoofer placement, which allowed us to preserve the integrity of our audio design and deliver the best possible result for the client." The completed installation has been a huge success, receiving excellent feedback from both staff and guests. The system delivers a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the day while offering the power and energy required for evening entertainment, enabling Fenix to transition effortlessly between dining destination and vibrant social venue. L-Acoustics secures B Corp certification for global operations. Background and context. Table of Contents L-Acoustics, the France-headquartered professional audio manufacturer, has been certified as a B Corporation, joining a small group of companies in the arts and entertainment sector that meet B Lab's social and environmental performance standards. According to the company, only around 70 organizations in this sector currently hold B Corp status. More broadly, B Lab says there are now more than 10,000 Certified B Corporations operating in over 100 countries, including more than 640 in France. The certification comes as the live events industry faces growing pressure from clients, regulators and audiences to improve transparency around environmental impact, supply chains and working practices. Key announcement. L-Acoustics confirmed that it has achieved B Corp certification via B Lab's Large Enterprise and Multinational pathway, which is designed for companies with complex, multi-site operations. The assessment covers the entire L-Acoustics Group across 13 locations worldwide. B Corp status is based on a detailed, third-party evaluation of governance, worker policies, community engagement, environmental footprint and customer impact. Companies must reach a minimum verified score on the B Impact Assessment and amend their legal framework to balance profit with broader stakeholder interests. L-Acoustics CEO Hervé Guillaume said the certification reflects ongoing internal work on sustainability and governance. While this is a significant milestone, the designation requires regular reassessment, meaning the company will need to demonstrate continued progress to retain its status in future review cycles. Industry impact. For rental companies, integrators and venues, the move provides an independently audited framework against which to evaluate L-Acoustics when making purchasing or specification decisions. This may be increasingly relevant as event organizers set stricter ESG criteria for suppliers. In particular, the certification offers external validation in three areas that L-Acoustics highlights as priorities: employee wellbeing and safety; reduction of environmental impact across product lifecycles and operations; and support for culture, education and inclusion through sound-based initiatives in local communities. Other pro audio manufacturers are also exploring formal sustainability benchmarks, but B Corp remains relatively uncommon in this segment. L-Acoustics' participation could encourage further uptake of structured reporting and third-party verification across the sector. Why this matters. For event technology professionals, B Corp certification is becoming one of several reference points used to assess the broader impact of suppliers, alongside standards such as ISO environmental management frameworks and venue-level sustainability programs. As more tenders and long-term framework agreements incorporate sustainability criteria, manufacturers with recognized third-party credentials may find it easier to align with client expectations and demonstrate compliance. L-Acoustics has published additional detail on its approach and performance in a 2025 Impact Report and an accompanying short film, available via the company's corporate social responsibility section at https://www.l-acoustics.com/about-Event Technology/corporate-social-responsibility/. For the wider live events ecosystem, the announcement reflects a broader trend: sound, lighting and staging suppliers are increasingly expected not only to deliver technical performance but also to document how their operations affect people, communities and the environment.
