  • Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field (e.g., Public Health, Social Sciences, Management)
  • A master's degree or higher is desirable
  • A minimum of 5 years' expertise in spearheading research projects
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years' adeptness in orchestrating multifaceted research projects, preferably within the realm of traffic safety or public health
  • Exemplary communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of efficaciously leading and managing cross-functional teams
  • Adeptness in survey design, data analysis, and articulating findings within comprehensive reports
  • Proficiency in project management best practices and methodologies
Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to guide the project team towards successful execution
  • Foster a collaborative partnership with NHTSA representatives to align objectives, milestones, and deliverables
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the project work plan, ensuring alignment with NHTSA requirements and project goals
  • Oversee research endeavors, encompassing survey design, meticulous data analysis, and the formulation of comprehensive reports
  • Ensure meticulous compliance with project management protocols and procedures stipulated in the task order
  • Act as the key liaison between our team and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and other authorized stakeholders
