Seeking Policy Associate candidates with relevant Energy, Science, and Technology Research Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Science, and Technology Research Sector Clients such as DOEOP.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Evaluation Support Functional Area - Energy Technical Consulting Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Energy Technical Consulting (Policy Associate) in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector focussing on Business Process Solutions for clients such as Department of Energy  (DOE | OP) | DOE Office of Policy (OP) Generally Located In CONUS - Washington DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Policy Associate | Evaluation Support [DOEOP057062]

Assists in policy evaluation and alignment of program strategies with energy goals. Align with Evaluation Support Functional Area initiatives as a Policy Associate that Supports policy development and analysis, focusing on evaluating and improving regulatory and programmatic outcomes..  Provide Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting And Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis And Convening, as well as Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services and support for The Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP).  These services enable mission objectives involved with renewable energy, fossil fuels, nuclear energy, hydrogen, biofuels, carbon capture, energy storage, grid modernization, energy efficiency, and sustainable infrastructure technologies.

Qualified candidates for Policy Associate must possess expertise in their respective field, with experience in energy, policy, and technical consulting.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Candidates for Quality Assurance Manager typically require a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., energy, environmental science, policy, or engineering) and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.

The Quality Assurance Manager role may involve cross-functional collaboration and participation in high-level DOE strategy discussions. Due to the sensitive nature of our work, the individuals who will be actively completing work on this contract or reviewing documents related to our operations must either be cleared (Secret Fcl / Top Secret Fcl) or be able to obtain and maintain a clearance (i.e. DOE Q).
