Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in energy, environmental science, policy, or engineering and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Citizenship is required

  • Ability to pass background checks and drug testing as required by ProSidian
  • Possession of or ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (e.g., DOE Q) or related clearances as applicable

Responsibilities
  • Assists in policy evaluation and alignment of program strategies with energy goals; supports policy development and analysis, focusing on evaluating and improving regulatory and programmatic outcomes.
  • Provide Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting And Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis And Convening, and Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services in support of the Department of Energy Office of Policy.
  • Align with Evaluation Support Functional Area initiatives as a Policy Associate that Supports policy development and analysis, focusing on evaluating and improving regulatory and programmatic outcomes (repeated in the posting).
  • Assess the impact, feasibility, and outcomes of energy programs and policies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
