About the job
- Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years.
- Ability to use a computer to communicate via email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and related tools and technology required for the position.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Seven years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interface skills, including the ability to elicit information and use it in developing products and providing support.
- Ability to work with individuals and groups in problem-solving and formulating strategies.
- Ability to independently perform multiple tasks with dynamic priorities.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Provide monthly, in-person leadership coaching for up to 15 Department of Energy personnel for twelve months.
- Create a coaching agreement with each individual being coached.
- Perform an executive assessment of selected Department of Energy personnel using an emotional intelligence or Everything DiSC 363 360-degree assessment, a leadership-oriented personality assessment, or a career profile assessment.
- Conduct individual feedback meetings with assessed personnel covering the assessment, strengths and weaknesses, methods for using results positively, workplace situations and challenges, and agreed-upon management topics.
- Perform monthly coaching with selected personnel.
- Create a summary report of coaching results.
- Conduct feedback meetings with senior management covering overall assessment results, analysis, trends, and other observations.
- Perform follow-up assessments on selected personnel within 10 to 12 months.
- Create and share a summary report of follow-up assessment results with senior management.
- Produce thorough, accurate, appropriately documented work products that comply with established criteria.
- Ensure deliverables are not made available outside the Department of Energy Hanford organization unless explicitly allowed.
- Perform duties competently and professionally while meeting milestones and delivery schedules.
- Submit a monthly report with the invoice documenting progress on statement-of-work tasks and deliverables submitted during the invoice period.
- A Master's degree.
