Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate medical technical devices in their relevant environments, including clinics, medical practices, and operating rooms, and train users in operating the devices.
  • Present the benefits of the devices to customers in a convincing manner.
  • Configure and adjust devices according to the specifications of the account manager, sales specialist, or customer.
  • Coordinate trial and device-training appointments with customers when necessary.
  • Assess whether additional device training or demonstrations are needed for users.
  • Discuss demonstration planning and results with the account manager or sales specialist.
  • Demonstrate devices, functions, and applications at trade fairs, congresses, and regional product and application training sessions.
  • Provide customers with ongoing advice on application-related questions.
  • Monitor the inventory and operational readiness of demonstration devices.
  • Carry out visual inspections.
  • Check accessory completeness and replace accessories when necessary.
  • Inform customers about new devices, device extensions, and device additions, present them to customers, and notify the account manager or sales specialist when there is customer interest.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions and exchanges of experience within the team.
