Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree is required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
  • At least 5 years of progressive business-to-business social media or content marketing experience, including ownership of strategy and measurable performance outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in business-to-business social strategy, particularly using social media and content marketing to drive demand for advertising or media-related services.
  • Experience producing short-form business-to-business video content using contemporary production tools and agile approaches.
  • Strong understanding of trends, developments, and transformation within the media industry and their implications for media sales organizations and marketers.
  • Strong storytelling capabilities and editorial judgment.
  • Proficiency in analytics, key performance indicator development, and performance reporting to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours per day and perform tasks requiring repetitive hand use.
  • Ability to view written documents and computer screens and adjust focus as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, lead, and continuously optimize Clear Channel Outdoor’s business-to-business social media strategy and programs in collaboration with Corporate Communications and Marketing leadership.
  • Own and oversee the day-to-day implementation and governance of content across primary social media platforms, with emphasis on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Lead end-to-end production of social media content, including text, photography, and video content, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business priorities.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop thought leadership and content initiatives communicating Clear Channel Outdoor’s differentiated solutions, insights, and customer and partner results.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relevant business-to-business influencer opportunities and relationships to expand reach and industry credibility.
  • Own and manage the editorial content calendar, establish clear key performance indicators, and deliver regular performance reporting with actionable insights.
  • Ensure brand voice, visual consistency, and messaging standards across all platforms.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on social listening, analytics, and industry trends.
Desired Qualifications
  • An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience within advertising, media, ad tech, or marketing technology organizations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of out-of-home media is a plus.

With average dwell times of an hour plus, the airport offers unique opportunities to connect consumers with brands. More than 3-out-of-4 (79%) Frequent Flyers would like to try new products at the airport, 63% are interested in signing up for a travel rewards program, and nearly half (47%) find it appealing to take a photo at a branded selfie station.This new research explores multiple audience segments, including how consumers engage with brands within the airport environment as well as the receptiveness of the elusive business decision maker.Business Frequent Flyers are Back: 87% plan to take 3 or more business trips in the next 12 months.A fundamental goal of the study was to understand the renewed wave of Business Frequent Flyers.
