Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, including nursing, management, administration, or project management.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare network.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a project manager in clinical or clinical-administrative information systems.
  • Significant experience in change management.
  • Participation in the deployment of at least two clinical or clinical-administrative solutions.
  • Experience working in contexts where budgets, schedules, and resources represent significant constraints.
  • Experience improving, optimizing, and reviewing clinical processes.
  • Proficiency with project-management tools, monitoring processes, and risk management.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical domains such as appointments, archives, IPO, ADT, EHR, pharmacy, and laboratory systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum approaches.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and customer-service skills.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in the planning, organization, and monitoring of projects related to clinical information systems.
  • Collect, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Support users, clinicians, and managers throughout the different phases of projects.
  • Participate in deploying clinical and clinical-administrative solutions.
  • Analyze, optimize, and review clinical and organizational processes.
  • Coordinate activities among information-technology teams, users, and business partners.
  • Produce functional analyses and required documentation.
  • Participate in change-management activities.
  • Design training and user-support materials.
  • Develop communication and user-support strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and training sessions.
  • Monitor project deliverables, risks, and issues.
Desired Qualifications
  • PMP or CAPM certification.
  • Clinical experience.
  • Experience preparing training materials and change-management strategies.
