About the job
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, including nursing sciences, management, administration, or project management.
- Possess at least 10 years of experience in the healthcare network.
- Have at least 8 years of experience as a project manager in clinical or clinical-administrative information systems.
- Have significant change-management experience.
- Have participated in deploying at least two clinical or clinical-administrative solutions.
- Have experience working in contexts where budgets, schedules, and resources are significant constraints.
- Have experience improving, optimizing, and reviewing clinical processes.
- Have participated in preparing training materials and change-management strategies.
- Be proficient with project-management tools, tracking processes, and risk management.
- Have in-depth knowledge of clinical domains such as appointments, archives, IPO, ADT, electronic health records, pharmacy, and laboratory.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Have good knowledge of Agile and Scrum approaches.
- Demonstrate analytical ability, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Participate in planning, organizing, and tracking projects related to clinical information systems.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Support users, clinicians, and managers through the different phases of projects.
- Participate in deploying clinical and clinical-administrative solutions.
- Analyze, optimize, and review clinical and organizational processes.
- Coordinate activities among IT teams, users, and business partners.
- Produce functional analyses and required documentation.
- Participate in change-management activities.
- Design training and user-support materials.
- Develop communication and user-support strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, discussion groups, and training sessions.
- Track project deliverables, risks, and issues.
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Clinical experience.
