Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Delivery Driver, Account Manager, and District Sales Manager to provide inventory support and service to assigned large-format accounts on scheduled delivery days.
  • Perform all merchandising and backstock support in assigned large-format accounts, including windows, shelves, displays, and backstock, to keep inventory optimized and accounts ready for delivery.
  • Coordinate backstock management and account merchandising with the Delivery Driver on assigned account delivery days.
  • Unload and move product repetitively using appropriate equipment while maintaining a clear, clutter-free, and organized work area, backroom, and sales floor in assigned customer accounts.
  • Stock windows, cold boxes, coolers, hot shelves, and displays in retail accounts efficiently to manage inventory and selling spaces.
  • Rotate product to maintain quality standards and comply with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission guidelines.
  • Build customer relationships by providing a visible team presence and excellent customer service in assigned accounts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account problems, escalating them to the Delivery Driver or Sales Account team when needed.
  • Ensure assigned accounts are delivery-ready on scheduled delivery days to optimize the Delivery Driver's time in the account.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to provide inventory feedback, identify selling and display opportunities, and build customer relationships.
  • Provide inventory input to the Account Manager on customer orders.
  • Walk accounts to identify service and merchandising opportunities and pair them with the company's product portfolio.
  • Build and maintain displays and place signage and other merchandising items.
  • Communicate changes in the retail landscape, including competitive activity and new retail account opportunities.
  • Perform routine merchandising activities, including stocking, rotating, organizing, and refilling backstock, cold boxes, coolers, shelves, beer caves, and displays.
  • Meet or exceed service levels and compliance rates for each assigned account.
  • Work with Coaches and Leadership to record and track out-of-stock items in each assigned account.
  • Ensure all company stock-keeping units are priced appropriately and meet visibility standards.
  • Keep backrooms and inventory areas clean and organized, and notify the manager of product breakage in an account.
  • Complete and document all retail calls using GoSpotCheck or another tracking tool, and provide feedback to account and merchandising leadership to maintain inventory levels and customer service.
  • Check in and out with store representatives, inform them about completed work, and ask whether additional service is needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the Delivery Driver and Sales Account team to ensure service excellence in assigned accounts.
  • Drive during the workday when required.
  • Perform other necessary tasks and subtasks to assist the team and care for customers.
