- Build and maintain a solid, professional relationship with John Lewis.

- Monitor customer feedback regularly and produce a suitable action plan based on the results.
- Ensure the location achieves a minimum score of 90% on European Safety Bureau inspections and five-star scores on Environmental Health Officer visits.
- Ensure the location meets statutory and company requirements for health and safety, food safety, and environmental legislation and procedures.
- Maintain a presence on the floor while overseeing food quality and service.
