What believers are saying

  • BLN24 partnered with RIVA Solutions on DHA MRDC communications in 2026.
  • Its careers page shows active hiring across data, DevSecOps, and communications functions.

What critics are saying

  • Executive Order 14402 pressures non-fixed-price federal work, threatening margins across 2026 awards.
  • If DHA or NOAA recompetes go to larger integrators, BLN24 loses its core growth engine.
