- Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence creative and/or productivity tools such as Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools.
- Awareness of current business and technology trends.
- Track record of publications, public speeches, or community presence.
- Experience developing and delivering training sessions, webinars, or other public-facing formats.
- Experience applying artificial intelligence solutions in a business context.
- Develop, adjust, and deliver engaging artificial intelligence training sessions for diverse audiences with varying levels of expertise across different industries.
- Communicate complex artificial intelligence concepts clearly and accessibly to non-technical audiences.
- Design and facilitate hands-on practical exercises that help learners apply artificial intelligence tools to real-world business scenarios.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and incorporate relevant examples and case studies into sessions.
- Collaborate with the Neurons Lab team to develop and refine training materials and methodologies.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners throughout the generative artificial intelligence enablement program.
- Russian language proficiency is a plus.
