About the job
- A commercial Bac+2 qualification is required.
- Experience in sales and customer contact is required, ideally in a technical environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-service orientation, administrative rigor, and commitment are required.
- Advise customers and identify their equipment-rental needs.
- Negotiate and defend rental prices and associated services.
- Prepare commercial offers and rental contracts according to customer requests and company pricing policy.
- Participate in commercial prospecting and customer-retention activities.
- Welcome customers at the counter or by telephone.
- Verify and record orders in the appropriate computer software.
- Collect customer feedback about the rental service.
- Check billing data.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, payments, and customer disputes.
- Communicate commercial priorities to the workshop.
- Plan agency delivery routes and coordinate with the driver, according to the agency's organization.
- Experience in a technical environment is ideal.
