Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Dentists get funded development: Dream Dental's advertised associate role includes $1,000 annual education reimbursement and monthly webinars.
  • Hygienists get longer weekends: Norcross's advertised role runs Monday through Thursday with Fridays and weekends off.
  • Clinical teams get ongoing resources: Wave promises lifetime access to expert training and technology.

What critics are saying

  • Sales pressure reaches patient coordination: Norcross's senior case manager role requires closing higher-dollar treatments and tracking acceptance metrics.
  • Saturday availability is required: the Goodlettsville dentist opening rotates its four-day schedule across three different weekly patterns.
  • Parallel appointments shape hygiene work: the Norcross opening pairs a dual-column patient schedule with a dedicated assistant.

What makes Wave Dental Professionals unique

  • Clinicians have a governance route: Wave lists a clinical advisory board alongside Hygiene Hero and Top Doc advancement paths.
  • Wave keeps patient access local: offices trade as Dream Dental, Norcross Dental Associates and other practice brands.
  • Aligner care includes recurring visits: Tidal patients return every six to eight weeks for monitoring.
