Requirements
  • 10+ years in Identity and Access Management or Information Security, with 5+ years in a dedicated PAM role.
  • Deep experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk and other relevant IAM technologies
  • Proven success in remediating regulatory or audit findings related to privileged access.
  • Strong understanding of Unix/Linux, Windows, Active Directory, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and databases from a privileged access perspective.
  • Experience in implementing Just-In-Time access, session monitoring & verification frameworks, and access models across platforms.
  • Experience leading privileged access onboarding at scale, including custom applications.
  • Strong familiarity with control frameworks including NIST CSF 2.0 and CRI
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a multiyear PAM roadmap aligned with enterprise risk, audit remediation plans, and platform capabilities.
  • Lead the development of strategic access models per platform and ensure integration into IAM and security architecture.
  • Act as the PAM SME to executive stakeholders, internal audit, and regulators.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the PAM engineering and operations team, ensuring clear accountability, role clarity, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Ensure effective workload prioritization, issue resolution, and delivery against service-level commitments.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of privileged account onboarding, session monitoring & verification, password rotation, and exception handling.
  • Implement and enforce access models for each platform (Unix, Windows, Network, DB, etc.).
  • Drive integration of PAM with SailPoint and Splunk to enable end-to-end automation and visibility.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering, operations, and user experience across the PAM lifecycle.
  • Own remediation of PAM-related audit findings, including gaps in privileged account discovery, validation, and process consistency.
  • Define and enforce controls for break-glass and emergency access and implement compensating controls where needed.
  • Ensure quarterly privileged access reviews are automated, complete, and audit-ready.
  • Collaborate with GRC and Internal Audit to define KRIs/KPIs to measure control effectiveness and operational performance.
  • Partner with Infrastructure, Application, and Cybersecurity teams to operationalize PAM controls in alignment with platform and business needs.
  • Collaborate with GRC and Internal Audit teams to define policy requirements and ensure control effectiveness.
  • Manage vendor partnerships supporting PAM delivery, while ensuring in-house capability ownership and quality.
  • Participate in architecture reviews to ensure PAM integration in all new projects.
Desired Qualifications
  • CISSP, CISM, or relevant cybersecurity certification.

BGRIM and Digital Edge secure record $880M green loan for Thailand data center

B.Grimm Power and Digital Edge have secured an $880 million green loan, the largest ever for a data centre project in Thailand. The funds will develop the BKK Campus, a 100-megawatt facility in Chonburi province within the Eastern Economic Corridor. This marks the third consecutive record-breaking green loan for Digital Edge in Asia-Pacific, following deals in South Korea and Indonesia. It forms part of a $1 billion co-investment between the two companies. The facility will support enterprise-level artificial intelligence and cloud computing needs, targeting a Power Usage Effectiveness of 1.25 and LEED Silver certification. Development will proceed in two phases, with the first building opening in Q4 2026 and the second in Q2 2027. Nine financial institutions, including Bangkok Bank, HSBC Thailand and Standard Chartered Bank, arranged the financing.

TCBS raises $488M in record syndicated loan for Vietnamese securities firm

TCBS, a Vietnamese securities firm, has secured $488 million in a syndicated loan, the largest ever recorded for a securities company in Vietnam. The 2026 facility was arranged by five leading international banks, including Cathay United Bank, CTBC Bank, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Mizuho Bank and Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank. The transaction attracted 26 institutions across China, South Korea, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Middle East, India, Malaysia and Taiwan. Several international lenders participated in an unsecured facility to a Vietnamese securities firm for the first time. In February, TCBS also signed a $50 million convertible loan with DEG, Germany's development finance institution. Recerqa raises $11M Series A for AI-powered ERP automating order processing

Recerqa, a Japanese startup providing AI-powered order processing automation, has raised ¥1.7 billion ($11.5 million) in a Series A round led by Angel Bridge, bringing total funding to over ¥2 billion. The round included participation from Genesia Ventures and New Commerce Ventures, plus debt financing from six major Japanese banks. The company's flagship product, RECERQA, uses AI agents to automate order processing tasks including estimation, ordering, inspection and invoicing. Its proprietary four-layer "Quattro" architecture handles data normalisation, business logic, decision-making and execution. The system has been adopted by major Japanese manufacturers including Kao, Nippon Steel Trading and Ajinomoto AGF. Founded in 2022 by Shotaro Umeda, the company will use the funds to enhance product development, recruit AI engineers and expand into manufacturing and trading sectors.
