Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in CRM management with at least 1-2 years for a B2C subscription app
- Proficiency in CRM tools with a strong preference for experience with Braze
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence and work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to drive user acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention
- Utilize data-driven insights to segment users and tailor messaging to specific audiences
- Lead the quarterly roadmap planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Engineering to align CRM deliveries with overall business goals
- Optimize the customer journey to increase conversion rates and lifetime value
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in CRM and mobile marketing
