Job Description
The International Benefits Manager is responsible for the integrated and proactive management and governance of benefit plans and policies for across our LATAM, EMEA and APAC regions.
This role requires a strong, strategic operator who can mobilize information from multiple sources, manage numerous stakeholders and make recommendations for existing and new initiatives, all while ensuring effective monitoring is in place to measure the health of Dynatracers and success of our programs.
Consults and advises on a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, pricing, and management of health, paid time off (PTO), retirement and other benefits in EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions.
Contributes to the design and management of pension, retirement and Family Leave Policies
Remains current with benefit trends, legislated requirements, and emerging/evolving programs.
Delivers internal programs to educate employees on benefit offerings.
Researches complex benefit issues and recommends resolution strategies that reflect historical precedent, contractual obligations, Dynatrace’s philosophy, regulatory requirements, policy and other considerations.
Assists with and performs vendor management ensuring work of third party service providers aligns with and supports benefit objectives.
Manages the delivery of local and regional benefits programs.
Manages the benefit renewal activity, ensuring our benefits are current, competitive and compliant.
Collaborates across HR teams to ensure local benefit needs are addressed.
Manages projects such as provider reviews, new benefit implementations and benefit changes.
Maintains efficient records of benefit processes and procedures, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Continually reviewing and assessing these processes to improve, streamline to enhance accuracy.
Collaborate with internal departments to complete due diligence for new country or regulatory requirements and/or market practice changes.
Qualifications
Experience of implementing and managing Pension, Benefits and Wellbeing Plans in EMEA, LATAM and/or Asia Pacific.
Ability to research and analyze benefit market competitiveness.
Ability to meet planned objectives, leading with a flexible and approach to respond to challenges.
Experience of implementing new benefit plans, holds understanding of mandated and supplemental benefit plans.
Knowledge of international market trends, cultural and competitive practices, legislation and benchmarking of benefit plans.
Ability to engage colleagues at all levels through interpersonal, influencing, facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
Excellent commercial skills; analysis the cost impact of change, providing alternative cost management options.
Experienced at Pension administration
Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy
Identifies, monitors, evaluates and recommends process enhancements
