Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or real estate.
  • Academic background as an industrial, mechanical, electrical, or other engineer, or as an architect.
  • Ability to read plans and use management tools and supervise vendors.
  • Availability to travel and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Strong empathy and service orientation for serving as the primary contact for divisional managers.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure and monitor vendors' strict compliance with agreed service-level agreements and key performance indicators under current contracts.
  • Coordinate and manage timely resolution of operational incidents involving BBVA vendors to ensure a positive experience for users and the branch network.
  • Track contracts, rate schedules, and commercial terms to enable efficient and competitive service delivery.
  • Administratively track and control scopes, quotations, service orders, and financial settlements.
  • Prepare technical specifications to meet office operational needs, validate technical and economic proposals, and follow them through to contracts and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate and supervise project interventions and maintenance work, validating technical scopes, measurements, budgets, and financial settlements.
  • Prepare and execute annual action plans and preventive interventions, including premises plans, façades, contingencies for El Niño, and disaster response.
  • Maintain immediate response availability for 24/7 operational emergencies at offices.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of assigned offices and branches at least twice a year, assessing infrastructure and operational conditions.
  • Issue timely alerts and propose corrective action plans aligned with BBVA's corporate quality and safety standards.
  • Meet and exceed RCP Front survey objectives for Facility Management; design and execute timely and effective corrective and preventive action plans to maximize network satisfaction.
  • Maintain proactive, empathetic communication with office leaders and act as their primary strategic partner for operational and infrastructure needs.
  • Prepare and distribute Facility Management information bulletins and flyers in accordance with the annual plan.
