Requirements
  • Experience in digital product management.
  • Five to eight or more years of experience across analytics, data engineering, and project management.
  • Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Use a data-driven approach to prioritize product development that maximizes results for end users and internal business partners.
  • Measure and optimize digital experiences supporting self-service and human-assisted customer interactions.
  • Leverage market and competitive insights, customer needs, and internal business priorities to establish a digital product vision.
  • Define best-in-class future-state user experience journeys and the role of experience in competitive differentiation.
  • Align the digital product vision across enabling functions and establish an integrated delivery roadmap.
  • Re-evaluate priorities during planning to optimize capacity against user and business value creation.
  • Use Objectives and Key Results to drive roadmap priorities.
  • Integrate digital products, platforms, and capabilities to drive business value through enhanced user experiences.
  • Advocate for reuse and modernization of digital platforms and capabilities across the enterprise to improve speed to market, operational efficiency, and risk and compliance adherence.
  • Drive digital product development by actively managing the roadmap through the agile delivery lifecycle.
  • Use product discovery to evaluate valuable ideas with customer-centricity methods.
  • Enable cross-channel strategy across web, mobile, voice, and in-person interactions by delivering integrated digital solutions that drive adoption, engagement, and growth.
  • Identify initial and ongoing digital product-market fit by partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver research briefs, personas, story maps, prototypes, product charters, and experience maps.
  • Develop a north star metric to connect business outcomes to customer value and align teams and stakeholders around a singular goal.
  • Measure actual results against the target north star metric to manage performance and advance product vision and strategy.
  • Use the north star metric and leading indicators to optimize execution and keep teams focused on the highest-value work.
  • Build a deep understanding of product features, user journeys, and product and business objectives, and apply analytics throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Define and measure product success by establishing key performance indicators, success metrics, and reporting frameworks aligned to product and business-line goals.
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports for product managers, leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance and key metrics, identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and communicate insights to leadership and product teams.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations to inform product strategy, prioritization, and decision-making.
  • Identify and address data quality issues by partnering with engineering, analytics, and business teams to improve data integrity, reliability, and reporting accuracy.

  • Experience with product P&L, product strategy, product vision and planning, digital products and platforms, product discovery, product build and development, agile ways of working, channel alignment and management, adoption, customer experience research, go-to-market and sales channels, performance measurement and optimization, marketing, and analytics.

U.S. Bancorp posts record $7.7B revenue, raises 2026 outlook to 7-9% growth on BTIG strength

U.S. Bancorp reported strong second-quarter 2026 results, with earnings per share of $1.35, up approximately 22% year-over-year, and record net revenue of $7.7 billion. Return on tangible common equity reached 18.7%, whilst the efficiency ratio improved to 57.1%. Fee income rose 13.2% year-over-year, driven by the recently completed BTIG acquisition. BTIG generated approximately $98 million in revenue during its first month, the strongest monthly performance in its history. The company expects BTIG to contribute roughly $200 million per quarter in the second half of 2026. Average loans totalled $405 billion, up 7.1% year-over-year. Net interest income increased 7.5% to $4.4 billion. The bank raised its 2026 revenue outlook to 7% to 9% growth, up from the previous 4% to 6% range.

Globe Life secures $1B credit agreement with Wells Fargo, extends maturity to 2029

Globe Life Inc. has entered into a $1 billion Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement with Wells Fargo and major banks, extending the maturity date from August 2027 to June 2029. Wells Fargo serves as Administrative Agent, whilst Bank of America, Regions Bank and Truist Bank act as Co-Syndication Agents. The syndicated facility supports revolving loans, letters of credit and swing line loans. Interest rates range from 0.805% to 1.35% for term SOFR loans, tiered according to Globe Life's debt ratings from S&P and Moody's. The agreement includes financial covenants covering reporting requirements, restrictions on subsidiary indebtedness and compliance with anti-corruption laws. Eligible collateral comprises cash, money market funds, corporate debt securities and US government debt securities, subject to daily mark-to-market requirements.
