The Therapy Recruiter will specialize in cultivating relationships with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists interested in travel career opportunities. He or she will provide the best possible experience for traveling therapists through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport and providing extraordinary customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, screen, and onboard physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.
- Proactively contact and recruit prospective therapists to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
- Educate prospective therapists on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career
- Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals
- Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
- Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
- Candidate-centered mentality and passion for customer service
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of one year, preferably 2+ years, of proven success in a metrics driven sales or staffing environment
- Obsessed with creating great experiences for healthcare professionals
- Outside the box thinkers
- Career oriented with a desire for advancement
- Enthusiastic about being part of an recruiting organization that recognizes your talent

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $70,000 starting annually, plus commissions.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
