A Day In The Life:

· Complete take-offs/estimate for assigned projects

· Follow up on multi-scope or single-scope projects

· Attend pre-bid & post-bid meetings

· Complete work orders & prepare material order sheets

What You Bring:

· 2-3 years experience in waterproofing and estimating

· Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

· Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD)

· Clear understanding of contract documents
