Requirements
  • Two to four years of demonstrated leadership through coaching, management, leadership, and/or mentoring in a retail environment.
  • Two to four years of demonstrated success with multiple sales leadership processes and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Build, develop, and lead a team focused on providing an exceptional client experience and deepening client relationships.
  • Maintain a banking-center environment that fosters client loyalty and relationship development.
  • Ensure banking-center performance goals are met or exceeded while supporting District and Region goals.
  • Manage daily operations, audit performance, sales execution, and overall banking-center success.
  • Open deposit accounts, accept and key loan applications, close loans, and assist, coach, and lead the branch team in growing consumer and business accounts, loans, and deposits.
  • Actively manage new-client onboarding and ensure client follow-up calls are conducted within the proper timeframe.
  • Manage financial-center sales and overall performance, including its impact on the District and company.
  • Lead daily huddles and team meetings and communicate progress toward goals.
  • Develop business relationships with internal partners to deepen client relationships, identify opportunities, and make introductions and referrals.
  • Integrate into the community and develop outside sales opportunities through community visibility, participation, and events.
  • Ensure associates deliver a quality client experience and actively manage their client relationships.
  • Attract associates aligned with the company culture and support their engagement; assist with interviewing prospective candidates.
  • Develop associates through observational coaching, joint sales calls, and use of the coaching model.
  • Maintain operational, risk-management, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Assist the District Leader with conference calls, team meetings, and District or Region communications.
  • Act as a liaison among peers, the District Leader, and the Retail Regional President while supporting retail-wide initiatives, communications, and engagement.
