Requirements
  • Proven successful customer service experience is required.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, vendors, and guests.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Must meet required insurance driving record parameters.
  • Ability to seek and accept coaching and direction.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Frequently able to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear.
  • Occasionally able to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.
  • Occasionally able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have close, distance, peripheral, and color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be dependable for a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
  • Learn automotive repair service terminology and processes.
  • Check guests in and out.
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
  • Provide safe shuttle service for guests.
  • Treat guests with respect under all circumstances.
  • Assist the shop with receiving and processing incoming and outgoing parts and perform other errands as needed.
  • Keep the facility clean and organized.
  • Assist team members with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperwork.
  • Direct, coordinate, and participate in guest service activities as dictated by workload.
  • Serve as a community ambassador for the store by creating authentic relationships and partnerships.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
