Anduril is seeking a Specialist, Accounts Receivable to join our dynamic, growing Accounting team located at our office in Irvine, CA. This person will be responsible for all cash collections, reporting, escalating and ensuring timely payments. We’re looking for someone who has
excellent attention to detail and strong organization and communication skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain receivable aging report for past due accounts and is responsible for investigation, analysis, escalation, and resolution to ensure timely payment
Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports monthly
Assists with month end close reconciliations
Actively work to meet monthly cash collection objectives and receipt forecasts
Apply receipts received in multiple systems, daily
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc cash reports
Prepare materials needed with aging comments for all cash meetings. Be prepared to speak to all outstanding invoices in cash meetings
Ad hoc reports and asks, as requested

Here’s Who You Are:

6+ years of accounts receivable experience
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, queries/macros, pivot tables, etc.)
Experience with financial accounting systems (Oracle, NetSuite)
Knowledgeable with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively across departments

US Salary Range

$70,000—$105,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
