Requirements
  • Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in apparel industry preferred
  • Strong sense of organization and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the Senior Denim Designer
  • Trend Research
  • Assist in mock ups via CAD and on garment
  • Assist in researching inspiration for novelty trims
  • Assist in sketching with direction from Senior Designer
  • Assist with setting up monthly assortment decks
  • Maintain updates on denim line sheets
  • Help with updates in digital design decks
  • Enter new styles into PIM system
  • Attend fittings, take notes, help with updates post fitting
  • Sample management of design references
  • Ability or interest in learning about denim wash processes
