Responsibilities
  • Increase annual sales revenue across customer accounts for products associated with the cabinet efficiency portfolio, including printers and software, marking materials, hand and automatic tools, cabinet efficiency value-add products, and control cabinet accessories.
  • Coordinate with the local sales team on joint sales activities, training, and mutual action plans to advance sales of the cabinet efficiency products.
  • Act as the local technical representative for the products and support the sales team on power-related technical matters.
  • Develop sales tools and collateral and drive campaigns as the regional marketing specialist.
  • Provide customer insight to support product-line expansion and identification of new focus industries.
  • Drive value-added cabinet efficiency solutions.
  • Meet or exceed territory sales quotas established by the Regional Sales Manager and/or Vice President of Field Sales.
  • Use BASE selling skills to build strong customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders to facilitate new business and sustain growth.
  • Maintain accurate client information in customer relationship management systems and use them for communication, reporting, measurement, and tracking.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with the Phoenix Contact team.
  • Use the sales tools provided to support local markets.
  • Participate actively in industry-related associations.
  • Use available resources and sales tools to maximize productivity, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Continue personal development through a skill-building program determined by the Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and/or Harrisburg Training Department.
  • Demonstrate technical competence in products and solutions within the area of focus.
  • Provide reports to the Regional Sales Manager as required.
  • Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of cabinet efficiency products, applications, and technology to support product sales.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of cabinet efficiency products and solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
