Experience with all elements of the American Society for Quality Black Belt Body of Knowledge or an equivalent industry-recognized quality organization.
At least three years of direct experience as a performance improvement analyst in the government sector, preferably with the United States Navy.
Must hold a Secret clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
Knowledge of the Strategic Performance Improvement Data Repository program.
Master Black Belt or Black Belt certificate.
Experience providing customized training resources to meet Sailors' specific needs.
Ability to improve Navy personnel's skills and readiness through educational opportunities.
Experience supporting Sailors' professional growth and preparing them for their roles.
Knowledge of improving Sailor skills and ensuring operational readiness.
Knowledge of resources that support career progression within the Navy.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Healthcare.

Duties/Tasks:
Must possess experience in all elements of ASQ BB Book of Knowledge (BOK) or equivalent industry recognized quality organization (i.e., NCQA and others).
The candidate will develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements.
The successful candidate manages activities relating to the gathering of requirements, project initiation, project tracking and maintaining IT standards.
The selected person must have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.
Experience
Must have a minimum of three years direct experience as a performance improvement analyst within a gov't sector (preferably the US Navy)
Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance
Knowledge and background in Strategic Performance Improvement Data Repository (SPIDR) program.
