About the job
- A degree in Architecture or Building/Civil Engineering, or a diploma with technical experience in the construction and public procurement sector.
- Good knowledge of major computer-aided design and building information modeling software, particularly ArchiCAD.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in teams and interact with technical and administrative offices.
- Good time and deadline management.
- Ability to draft clear and coherent technical texts.
- Support the analysis, study, surveying, and design of furnishings and interior fit-outs.
- Support the preparation of quantity takeoffs.
- Support the preparation of technical specifications.
- Support the verification of fit-outs in compliance with safety and environmental protection regulations.
- Support the monitoring, accounting, and reporting of supply and service contracts.
- Previous experience in public-sector environments.
- Professional qualification or authorization to practice as an architect, engineer, or surveyor.
- Knowledge of public-administration procurement regulations, including Legislative Decree 36/2023 and subsequent amendments.
