About the job
- Have 3–5+ years of experience in digital media, video production/editing, or AI content production, with a demonstrable portfolio of sizzles, shorts, long-form video, or reels.
- Have hands-on expertise with video editors such as Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or CapCut; AI tools such as Descript, Runway, ElevenLabs, Whisper, or Flow/Veo3; and GoHighLevel, including funnels, automations, and customer relationship management.
- Execute work at high output and pace, manage work effectively, communicate well in written and spoken English, and be available to overlap core hours with the Philippines/Asia (UTC+8).
- Produce and edit content using AI-assisted video workflows, including approximately two-minute sizzles, six-to-twelve-minute shorts, 10-to-60-second micro-reels, explainers, and long-form edits from raw footage; manage version control and rapid revisions.
- Build landing pages and sales pages using AI website builders, GoHighLevel, Webflow, Wix, or Framer; ensure mobile responsiveness and high-conversion design, and integrate customer relationship management systems.
- Convert long-form content into modular course units with timestamps, captions, thumbnails, highlight extraction, key insights, and soundbites, and assemble product pages.
- Maintain asset libraries, execute actions from executive voice notes, deliver weekly performance reports, maintain quality-control checklists, and ensure data and metadata accuracy across systems.
- Experience packaging courses, productizing long-form content, or editing documentaries.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted website builders and automated content-repurposing workflows.
