Requirements
  • Experience leading or supporting change management, process improvement, automation, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives
  • Strong change management and/or project management capabilities, with a track record of driving adoption and sustained outcomes
  • 5-7+ years of experience in management consulting, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting
  • Ability to simplify complex challenges and guide clients toward practical, implementable solutions
  • Proven experience leading and mobilizing teams of consultants and client stakeholders
  • Strong client-facing presence with the ability to operate as a trusted advisor
  • Experience proactively identifying risks and partnering with clients to mitigate and resolve issues
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Understanding of how data, information flow, and governance enable effective process, automation, and AI solutions
  • Familiarity with process automation tools, intelligent workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities (hands-on experience a plus)
  • Experience bridging business and technical teams to deliver timely, effective outcomes
  • Self-starter mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree and relevant certifications a plus
  • Certifications in change management, project management, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, automation, or AI-related disciplines are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Build strategy and execution plans for transformation programs spanning process, technology, workforce, and operating model change
  • Design and lead change management approaches, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning
  • Lead and drive implementation of transformation initiatives across process optimization, process automation, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Lead teams through discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design; develop and deliver high-quality client presentations and work products
  • Conduct current-state process discovery and facilitate future-state process design, identifying process, people, technology, and data gaps
  • Develop and manage detailed roadmaps and implementation plans to close current-state and future-state gaps
  • Partner closely with technical teams to translate business needs into implementable automation and AI solutions
  • Apply structured, analytical problem-solving to complex transformation challenges
  • Lead and develop project teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Manage client status updates and executive-level reviews, clearly communicating progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Identify and support follow-on opportunities that expand client relationships and drive additional transformation work
