NEW report recognizes OMNICOM MEDIA as the leading MEDIA management network by billings and industry share.

NEW report recognizes OMNICOM MEDIA as the leading MEDIA management network by billings and industry share. Jul 29, 2026, 09:00 ET OMD Tops the Agency Ranking with $35.1 Billion in Billings and 10% Share NEW YORK, July 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - A new report from the Research Company Evaluating the Media Industry (RECMA) reinforces Omnicom Media's leadership position following the integration of Omnicom and IPG's media operations in November 2025. According to the recently published RECMA 2025 Overall Activity Volume (OAV) report, the Omnicom Media - an Omnicom (NYSE: OMC) Connected Capability - is now the largest global media management network, with $107.3 billion in billings ($20 billion + ahead of its nearest competitor), representing 30.1% of the global media agency market. The report also reveals Omnicom Media leads in overall activity volume across North America, EMEA and LATAM. Published annually, The RECMA Overall Activity Volume report ranks media organizations based on total managed activity volume across traditional and non-traditional media investments (which includes online paid media and fee-based activity on digital, data & analytics, content, marketing, and sponsorships) in 54 countries, providing one of the industry's most comprehensive assessments of global media market scale and competitive position. A Historic Event Describing the combination of Omnicom and IPG as a "historic event" that has reshaped the global media agency landscape, RECMA looks beyond scale alone in offering proof points for Omnicom Media's leadership, highlighting the enhanced capabilities of the AI-enable Omni Intelligence Platform through the integration of Acxiom's identity and data assets and Flywheel's commerce expertise. Together, these capabilities enable clients to connect planning, activation, measurement, and optimization across channels while benefiting from the scale, intelligence, and specialist expertise of the industry's largest media organization. Commenting on the report, Omnicom Media CEO Florian Adamski said, "Scale matters only to the extent that it creates better outcomes for our clients. Beyond billings, our leadership position reflects the investments we've made in bringing together the industry's strongest talent, technology, data and commerce capabilities into a single connected organization that can translate unprecedented scale into disproportionate growth for the world's leading brands - helping them make smarter decisions, move faster and unlock opportunities others can't." OMD Again Tops the Agency Ranking The report also reaffirmed the strength of Omnicom Media's agency portfolio, with OMD retaining its position as the world's largest individual media network with $35.1 billion in activity volume and a 9.9% global market share. OMD also secured the #1 ranking across North America and EMEA, as well as in the top five European advertising markets (UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy), the Nordics and Central & Eastern Europe. RECMA also highlighted the continued momentum of PHD, which delivered strong growth and gained share in both APAC and LATAM; while Hearts & Science has increased its billings by +27% over the three-year period covered in the report, making it one of the fastest growing brands among the 16 global agency networks included in the ranking - momentum that will be an asset to the new enterprise that will launch next month when Hearts & Science and Omnicom Media agency Mediahub come together to create a new agency brand. The RECMA report arrives as Omnicom Media also leads all Big Five global media management groups in new business performance, with more than $3 billion in year-to-date billings awarded from major wins and retentions including Adidas, Delta Air Lines, Dyson, IBM, Subway and Uber - a performance that further underscores how the new network's unique advantages in scale, data &technology, identity, commerce, and talent are translating into sustained client confidence and marketplace growth. Acxiom launches industry-first Identity Boost solution.

Acxiom launches industry-first Identity Boost solution. Acxiom, the connected data and technology foundation for the world's leading brands, announced the launch of the Identity Boost Accelerator powered by Real ID. This new solution brings together Salesforce's Data 360 and Acxiom's identity resolution to securely connect fragmented identity signals and enrich customer profiles with verified data and insights while maintaining privacy and security. The Identity Boost Accelerator connects customer data that already lives in brands' systems and enriches it with verified insights to create a complete customer view. Instead of relying on costly custom projects that can take 18 to 24 months to build, the accelerator empowers brands to deploy in weeks. It uses a secure, zero-copy architecture that keeps customer data in place rather than moving it between systems. Brands immediately see higher audience match rates, better personalization, accurately measured campaigns, and an AI-ready customer foundation. Accelerating first-party data strategies. "Brands are increasingly turning to first-party data strategies to power personalization and engagement," said Sean Muzzy, Global President at Acxiom. "The Identity Boost Accelerator makes this transition faster by delivering the identity enrichment needed to build clean, activated audiences and underpins our strategy of making Real ID available when and where clients need it." Bringing together Acxiom Real ID and Salesforce Data 360. The Identity Boost Accelerator combines Acxiom's Real ID with Salesforce Data 360 to help organizations securely unify fragmented customer identities while supporting privacy-first data management. "This accelerator exemplifies how Acxiom and Salesforce help customers extract maximum value from their data investments," said Rekha Srivatsan, CMO, Data 360 at Salesforce. "94% of business leaders believe they aren't fully leveraging the value of their data, and without clean, complete customer identities, brands can't fully realize the potential of their martech ecosystems. By combining Acxiom's Real ID with Salesforce Data 360 and leveraging supporting partners, we're making it easier for enterprises to build privacy-enhancing, AI-ready customer foundations." Nexxen and Acxiom deepen partnership, expanding omnichannel audience intelligence offering. Nexxen International Ltd. Pairing Acxiom's trusted consumer data with Nexxen Discovery's real-time insights designed to improve audience reach and performance NEW YORK, July 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Nexxen, the advertising technology platform powered by unique data and media, today announced an expansion of its partnership with Acxiom - a part of Omnicom Media Group - introducing Acxiom's trusted audience data into Nexxen's proprietary insights tool, Nexxen Discovery. By combining Acxiom's privacy-aware consumer intelligence - including interest, purchase and household-level insights - with Nexxen Discovery's contextual, behavioral and viewership signals, the companies are enabling advertisers to refine audiences and extend reach across verticals and channels. Acxiom expands Digital Recognition for omnichannel personalisation.

Acxiom expands Digital Recognition for omnichannel personalisation. July 16, 2026 Acxiom has expanded its Digital Recognition solution to help brands improve customer recognition, personalise experiences, and connect online and offline customer journeys. Acxiom, a data and technology company, has expanded its Digital Recognition solution to help brands connect online and offline customer identities, enabling more personalised customer experiences and omnichannel engagement. Powered by Acxiom's Real ID technology, the solution links digital signals with offline identity data, allowing organisations to recognise more website visitors, improve personalisation, and deliver connected customer journeys across digital and physical channels. According to the company, brands using Digital Recognition have achieved a 10% increase in website conversion rates, up to 50% higher visitor recognition for email remarketing, and a 57% reduction in cost per conversion. Improving customer recognition across channels. "The rules of identity are changing. With the loss of third-party cookies, digital signal confidence is low and requires a hybrid approach to personalisation that incorporates household-level insights when hyper-personalisation is not possible," said Keith Camoosa, Chief Product and Technology Innovation Officer, Acxiom. The solution is designed to help organisations recognise pseudonymous website visitors, improve audience targeting, and orchestrate customer journeys across online and offline channels without relying solely on third-party cookies. Helping brands deliver more personalised experiences. Guitar Centre, an early adopter of the expanded solution, increased recognised website visitors from 23% to 35% after integrating Acxiom's Real ID into its Salesforce environment. The retailer also reported improved customer records for personalisation and greater visibility into customer engagement. "Prior to Acxiom, we could recognize 23% of site visitors among traffic on guitarcenter.com. After integrating Acxiom's Real ID, we are able to recognize 35%, and that continues to increase over time," said Alex Fernandez, Senior Director of CRM, Guitar Centre. Acxiom said the solution enables brands to create persistent customer recognition, improve marketing efficiency, and deliver more relevant experiences by connecting customer data across marketing, service, and engagement channels.
