About your role
Genius Sports is looking for a Workday HCM Analyst to join the Business Systems team. You will play a key role supporting the People Operations team and the growing business! This is an exciting opportunity to join Genius Sports as we accelerate our growth and build strong foundations across our systems.
Who you are
- An experienced HCM Administrator/Analyst with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience. Workday HCM plus one or more of the following modules: Onboarding Core & Advanced Compensation, Time Off & Leave, Expenses, Talent Management, Learning
- Experienced working with Ticketing systems, such as Jira.
- A strong communicator and able to build good relationships with colleagues in HR, Tech and across the business.
- A good listener, with the ability accurately collect information to understand and assess your stakeholder’s requirements.
- A multitasker, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do
- Serve as the Business Systems partner supporting HR areas in Workday
- Serve as a consultative partner to business and HR leaders in service delivery
- Design and maintain system configuration, such as Supervisory Orgs and Workteams, Cost Centers
- Assist with Business Partner queries, e.g. corrections and rescinds
- Test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday
- Work to meet expected business performance goals by providing full range of customer service
- Provide input to Workday Team Lead, Workday Team Members, and stakeholders as appropriate
- Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen
- Other projects and duties as may be required by business needs
- Follow best practice principles in relation to system configuration
- Create & maintain user guides and documentation.
- Support with system upgrades.
This role is eligible for hybrid working - 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, but we work flexibly to balance the needs of people, projects & office space.
