Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field
  • 10+ years of related work experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Experience working in a startup environment/fast-growing company is preferred

Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage a team of PMO with technical program managers
  • Build a schedule for complex robotic systems development and production
  • Execute the plan and schedule for all development initiatives
  • Bring all stakeholders on the same page throughout the program lifecycle
  • Identify and articulate program risks and issues, and establish mitigation and resolution plans
  • Work with MS project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence to organize tasks and communicate with the team
  • Create and maintain program status reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Track and manage the progress of programs in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams
  • Maintain program metrics
  • Prioritize and escalate critical tasks related to software development, infrastructure, hardware engineering, and operations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned and necessitated by business demands
