A minimum of 6-10 years of direct construction estimating experience within a construction management or general contracting environment.
A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in industry-standard estimating and takeoff software such as Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, RSMeans, or Timberline, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong understanding of building construction methods, materials, project sequencing, and local New York market pricing.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator with a minimum of 6-10 years of proven construction estimating experience to join our Construction Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate construction cost estimates across various stages of project development, from pre-construction and conceptual budgeting through construction execution and closeout.
